For the 2015 Elizadoodle Calendar, I’ve chosen 12 of my favorite doodles that suit the given months. Each calendar is signed by me, and I would love to make it out to you, or to whomever you are gifting it to.
All proceeds from the calendars support the creation, sharing, and gifting of art.
On November 5th, 2013, I began the Daily Doodle: Each day, I would create an improvisational piece of art that could fit in a 6” x 9” envelope. Then I invited people to share it on facebook and, if inspired, contribute a thought, story, poem or song. I put each person's name into a mason jar, and sent the original piece of art to the person whose name I drew out of the jar that night.
After ~3 months, I transitioned the Daily Doodle to the Weekly Doodle.
One year later, I’ve given away over 100 pieces of original art to friends and strangers all over the world.
